In 1976, François Knorreck bought a new Laverda 3CL. He immediately started a long process of modifying it into a racebike, which he campaigned until 1993, when he decided to build probably the most impressive sidecar ever built.

Francois is a technician in a hospital in Saint-Etienne, France. However, he has golden hands, and spends all his free time building, tuning, and modifying motorcycles.

Snaefell is the name of a volcano in Iceland, as well as the tallest mountain on the Isle of Man, and one section of the racecourse there is known as the Snaefell section.

Francois spent in excess of ten years, 10,000 hours, and about 15,000 Euros, and his work is absolutely flawless. He built 63 different molds to build up the glass coachwork.
