Elmer's 28 H Quad Engine

The H Quad engine has an interesting history. Elmer originally built an H Twin and published it. Ralph Weidman saw it and didn't like it, so built it in double scale, and made it a four cylinder engine instead of a twin. Elmer say Ralph's engine, and wrote this article and drew up new plans based on Ralph's engine.
